During his time in South Africa he gained corporate finance and management experience working for Anglo American Corporation and Hewlett- Packard (HP) in company secretarial and treasury / finance roles respectively.
Since entering the real estate industry in early 1995 he has sold hundreds of properties in Churchlands, City Beach, Floreat, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Woodlands and various other areas (from as far south as Eagle Bay to Iluka in the north), negotiating top sales prices for his clients/sellers and achieving area record prices in the process.
Ian achieved the first million plus sale in Wembley Downs and the first & only two million plus sale in Churchlands.
With his corporate background, over 15 years of vast negotiating experience and a family of four children, he believes he has the knowledge, skills, experience and empathy to professionally market and successfully sell properties, recognising everyone is an individual with specific needs. As a result he is a prolific seller in his core areas around Churchlands and Wembley Downs.
